Orders and consumer rights
Orders are concluded through Shopify's checkout; prices, delivery options and applicable taxes are shown there before you pay. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible purchases and separate statutory rights for faulty goods — see Shipping & Returns and the withdrawal function. German law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
