We answer email enquiries on business days, usually within one to two working days.

How Elyvane works
Elyvane is a curated multi-brand retailer, not a manufacturer. We select beauty products from established European and Korean brands and sell them under our own name. Orders are placed and paid for through Shopify checkout and are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses within the European Union. Prices, availability and delivery rates shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
