Delivery

Available delivery destinations, methods, rates and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your order, based on the address you enter. Prices at checkout include VAT where applicable.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For ordinary product sales the period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision by a clear statement: use the withdrawal function on this site, or email hello@elyvane.com. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient. A model withdrawal form is provided on the withdrawal page.

Returning the goods

Please start the withdrawal first and follow the return instructions we send you, rather than sending goods back unannounced. Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of declaring your withdrawal.

For ordinary change-of-mind withdrawals you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we state otherwise in a specific case. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees are charged for the refund. Where legally permitted, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply. In particular, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded once they have been unsealed after delivery, where this exception legally applies to the product concerned. This does not apply to every cosmetic product; where an exception applies to an item, it is identified in the product information.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods apply separately and are not affected by the right of withdrawal above. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact hello@elyvane.com with your order number and we will resolve it under those rights; return costs in such cases are not borne by you.
