Every order is dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands within 48 hours. Complimentary delivery on EU orders over €75.

Returns
We offer 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unopened piece for a full refund. Original packaging must be intact. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty tools and hair pieces cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different colour or size, please initiate a return and place a new order — this ensures your preferred piece is reserved for you immediately.
How to return
Contact care@maisonavara.eu with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label for EU orders. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
