This page describes what actually happens with personal data on the Elyvane website.

What is processed
- — Technical request data: our hosting provider processes standard connection data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp in order to deliver the site securely.
- — Local storage on your device: the site stores your cookie-banner choice and, if you use the bag, the items you have added. This stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us as a profile.
- — Analytics, only with your consent: if you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 is loaded and records page views and basic shopping interactions (viewing a product, adding to bag, starting a checkout). Nothing is loaded or sent before that choice, and no name, email address or other directly identifying detail is sent to Google. You can change or withdraw this choice at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
- — Product and bag requests to Shopify: product listings and bag/checkout handling are provided by Shopify. When those requests are made, Shopify receives the technical request data needed to answer them. If a checkout is started, you are handed over to Shopify's own checkout, where Shopify's terms and privacy notice apply.

Orders, contact and withdrawal
If you place an order, the order, delivery, billing and payment data you enter is processed by Shopify as our store and checkout provider in order to perform the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you email us, or use the withdrawal function — which sends your declaration by email — we process the details you provide in order to answer you and to handle the withdrawal, and we retain them where commercial and tax law requires it.
We do not operate accounts or a marketing subscriber list on this site, and we never ask for payment card details outside Shopify's checkout.
Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise them, email hello@elyvane.com. Company details are on the Imprint page.
