Where do you ship from?

Every order is dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This means shorter distances, fewer emissions, and faster delivery across the EU.

How long does delivery take?

Standard EU delivery is 2–4 working days. Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are typically 1–2 days.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes — every EU order over €75 ships complimentary. Under €75, standard shipping is €5.90.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unopened pieces. Beauty tools and hair pieces cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Are your materials sustainable?

Where possible we use recycled nylon, natural fibres and plastic-free packaging. We are honest about the trade-offs and continue to improve.

Can I gift Maison Avara?

Yes — every order arrives in our cotton pouch and unbranded outer box. A short gift note can be added at checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. Maison Avara is an online maison for now — though we host a small pop-up in Amsterdam each spring.
