Can I return an order?

Yes. As a consumer you can withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Use the Withdraw from contract page or email hello@elyvane.com. For ordinary change-of-mind withdrawals you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Statutory exceptions apply, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once unsealed for hygiene reasons.

What if something arrives faulty or incorrect?

Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods apply separately from the withdrawal right. Email hello@elyvane.com with your order number and we will resolve it; return costs in those cases are not yours to carry.

Elyvane is a curated multi-brand retailer, not a manufacturer. We select tools, skincare and accessories from third-party brands and suppliers and list them as a considered edit rather than a full catalogue.
