Which Biodance Mask Is Right for You? A Guide to the Real Deep Mask Collection

Bio-Collagen, Hydro Cera-nol, Radiant Vita or Sea Kelp? Compare four Biodance hydrogel masks and choose the right ritual for your skin.

Which Biodance Mask Is Right for You? A Guide to the Real Deep Mask Collection - ELYVANE

Biodance hydrogel masks have become one of K-beauty’s most recognisable overnight rituals — but the four Real Deep Mask formulas do not all do the same job. The best choice depends on what your skin needs that evening: extra hydration, barrier comfort, a brighter-looking finish or a fresh, calming reset.

All four masks use the same satisfying hydrogel format: apply them to cleansed, prepped skin, wear for around 3–4 hours until the gel becomes transparent, or leave on overnight. The difference is in the formula.

Quick guide: which Biodance mask should you choose?

  • Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask — choose this for intense hydration, a smoother-looking texture and that glossy, plumped-up finish.
  • Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask — best when skin feels dry, tight, depleted or sensitive-feeling and comfort is the priority.
  • Radiant Vita Niacinamide Real Deep Mask — the glow option for dull, dehydrated or uneven-looking skin.
  • Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask — a fresher, lighter-feeling reset for combination, oily or stressed-looking skin.

1. Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask: for hydration and glass-skin glow

This is the Biodance mask most people recognise first. The formula combines collagen extract, hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, galactomyces ferment filtrate and allantoin.

Reach for it when your skin looks dull or dehydrated and you want it to appear smoother, plumper and more radiant by morning. It is the most straightforward “glow night” choice of the four and works particularly well as a weekly ritual or before an event.

Best for: normal, dry, dehydrated and dull-looking skin.

2. Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask: for dry, tight or depleted skin

When your skin feels as though it needs comfort more than another active, Hydro Cera-nol is the better fit. Its formula centres on panthenol, a ceramide complex, oligo-hyaluronic acid and mineral-rich glacial water.

The emphasis here is hydration and supporting a comfortable, healthy-looking moisture barrier. Think post-travel skin, overworked skin or simply those evenings when your face feels tight and thirsty.

Best for: dry, dehydrated, sensitive-feeling or barrier-stressed skin.

3. Radiant Vita Niacinamide Real Deep Mask: for a brighter-looking finish

Radiant Vita is the one to pick when your main concern is dullness. Niacinamide sits alongside pineapple fruit water, glutathione, hyaluronic acid and allantoin in a formula designed around hydration and radiance.

It is a useful pre-event mask, but equally good when your complexion simply looks tired and you want a low-effort overnight glow step.

Best for: dull, dehydrated or uneven-looking skin.

4. Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask: for a fresh, calming reset

Sea Kelp has the lightest, freshest positioning of the four. Fermented sea kelp and deep sea water are paired with panthenol, allantoin, Centella asiatica and madecassoside.

Choose this one when skin feels warm, stressed or out of balance, or when you want hydration without the ritual feeling rich or heavy.

Best for: combination, oily, dehydrated or sensitive-feeling skin.

How to use a Biodance Real Deep Mask

  1. Cleanse your skin and apply toner or a lightweight serum if that is part of your routine.
  2. Apply the hydrogel mask evenly over the face.
  3. Leave it on for around 3–4 hours, until it becomes transparent, or wear it overnight.
  4. Remove gently and pat any remaining essence into the skin. No rinsing is required.

You do not need to use one every night. Treat it as an intensive hydration or glow ritual and choose the formula according to how your skin feels rather than automatically reaching for the same mask every time.

The ELYVANE edit

If you are new to Biodance, start with Bio-Collagen for the classic hydration-and-glow experience. Move to Hydro Cera-nol when dryness or tightness is the issue, Radiant Vita when dullness is your priority, and Sea Kelp when you want a fresher, more balancing-feeling ritual.

Four masks, one format — but four very different reasons to reach for one.
